What We Do
We Buy Ugly Warehouses is a direct buyer of warehouses and industrial properties in the Las Vegas valley. We purchase property for our own account. We are not a real estate broker or agent, we do not represent you in any transaction, and we are not a lender. Nothing on this website or in our conversations is legal, tax or financial advice. Please consult your own attorney, accountant or other advisors before making decisions about your property.
Offers and Consultations
Any price, range or term discussed in a call, message, email or walk-through is non-binding and for discussion only. No offer is binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. We may decline to make an offer on any property for any reason, and you are under no obligation to accept an offer we make.
Purchase Agreements
If we agree to buy your property, the terms will be set out in a written purchase agreement. That agreement, and not this website, governs the transaction. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed purchase agreement, the purchase agreement controls.
Payment and Closing
All purchases close through a licensed Nevada title and escrow company. Purchase funds are deposited with and disbursed by the escrow holder according to the signed agreement and the closing statement. We will never ask you to send money to us or to anyone else outside of escrow.
No Warranty
The information on this website is provided as-is and for general information only. We try to keep it accurate, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, We Buy Ugly Warehouses and its owners, members and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. This limitation does not change the terms of any signed purchase agreement.
Acceptable Use
Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false information, information about property you have no authority to discuss, or content that is abusive or harmful. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Intellectual Property
The text, design, images and other content on this website belong to We Buy Ugly Warehouses or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish or distribute the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
